Baldur en su nuevo Hogar / Baldur in his New Home

Hola amigos ,

El pasado domingo se fue el REY  de nuestra casa,  el ultimo cachorro …si, él es  Baldur.

Se ha ido con la Familia  Sanchez   Johanssen  para vivir en Alicante ,sabemos qué está en las mejores manos

y que lo cuidaran muy bien !! Nos cuenta su dueña Elena que estan encantados con él , que es muy bueno y ya esta

acomodado en su nuevo hogar como el rey que es, jeje . Les deseamos lo mejor a Baldur con su nuevo familia .

Trankilos…  a los Fans de Baldur …  podremos verlo ganar en los rings!!!!!!

Last sunday the KING of our home went away, last puppie…..yes, he is Baldur.

He went with Sanchez-Johanssen family to live with them in Alicante. We know that he is with the best family for him and they take  a lot of care

very well about  him.  His owner, Elena, told us they are really happy with Baldur, he is so sweet  and he feels that he is the king of  his new house.

We wish the best for Baldur and his new family!

Do not worry….. fans of Baldur…we will see him winning in the rings of dogshows !!!!

Baldur lo hizo de nuevo! / Baldur did it again!

Hola a todos!
El domingo 7 de Diciembre asistimos con Agneta y Baldur a la Exposición Internacional de Alicante. Fué un día lleno de alegrías por que allí además de coincidir con nuestros amigos, pudimos volver a ver a Unás – Anazil A Man After Midnight, que fué el primer cachorro en marchar a su nuevo hogar. Estaba guapísimo! y su joven dueño Arturo lo movió como un auténtico handler para que lo viesemos bién. Le agradecemos a Rafa y su familia que lo estén cuidando tan bién y le estén dando tanto cariño!

Por si fuese poco, los resultandos en la exposición fueron tan buenos como el resto del día. En la última participación de Agneta y Baldur en la clase cachorros, Agneta fué elegida mejor cachorro hembra y una vez más, Baldur brilló en el ring y consiguió Mejor Cachorro de raza. Pero Baldur es mucho Baldur y esa tarde fué elegido Mejor Cachorro del Grupo 10 y por fin BIS 3 (Tercer Mejor Cachorro de la exposición)!!!

En fin, que nuestros peques nos han colmado de alegrías una vez más. Lástima que Asha no pudo verles por que estaba con el celo! Habría estado tan orgullosa como nosotros

 

Hi all!
On December 7th, we attended with Agneta and Baldur to the Alicante International Dog Show. It was a day full of joy and happinessas there, among meeting withour friends, we could meet again with Unás – Anazil A Man After Midnight, the first puppy to leave to his new home. He was absolutely handsome! and Arturo, his young owner, showed him like a real handler so we could see him perfectly. We’re grateful that Rafa and his family are caring after him so well and giving him so much love!

If that was not enough, the results at the dog show were as nice as the rest of the day. In this latest entry of Agneta and Baldur in the puppy class, Agneta was best bitch puppy and once again Baldur was brilliant in the ring and was picked Best Puppy of  Breed. But Baldur is to much of it, and that evening he won Best Puppy in Group 10 and at last Best In Show- 3 !!!

So, our puppies fulfilled our expectations one more time. Pity that Asha could not see them as she was in heat! Sure she would have been as proud as we were

Goofy – nos visitó en Martorell/Visited us in Martorell

En la exposición de Martorell nuestro querido Goofy – Anazil Take a Chance on Me, nos hizo una visita junto con sus dueños (Muchas gracias Cristina!!!). Goofy cada día está más guapo con su color atigrado tan espectacular.
Aquí os dejamos unas fotos para que podais ver lo guapo que se ha hecho.

During the Martorell Dog Show,  our beloved Goofy – Anazil Take a Chance on Me, paid us a visit with his owners (Thanks a lot Cristina!!!). Goofy was looking so nice with his expectacular brindle colour.

Imparables…Baldur y Agneta

Hola amigos , este pasado domingo fuimos de concurso  de San Fost (Barcelona) y tambien fué un exito. Despues de felicitarnos la juez  por los dos bellos ejemplares, nos decia que le poniamos dificil la elecccion de mejor cachorro de raza. Agneta gano el mejor cachorro sexo opuesto y Baldur mejor cachorro de raza … pasando a la final de grupo. Baldur realmente lo hizo muy bien en el ring , se nota que va ganando experiencia y es cada dia mas espetacular. En la Final, Baldur arraso  y quedo Mejor Cachorro de Grupo. Estamos super contentos de los logros obtenidos hasta el momento por ellos. Esperamos poderos contar muchas mas noticias e igual de buenas!

Hi friends, last Sunday we attended an open dog show in San Fost (Barcelona) where we also succeeded. After receiving compliments from the judge for the two beatifull representatives of our breed, she said that it was going difficult for her to pick the best afghan puppy. Agneta was best opposite sex and  Baldur was Best puppy of breed… attending latter the group finals. Baldur performed really nice, it’s clear that he’s wining experience and is more expectacular everyday. In the group final he excelled and was Best Puppy in Group. We’re so happy for the achievements of these puppies. We hope to tell you more good news in the future!

Agneta Mejor de Grupo/BIG en Martorell (Barcelona)

A pesar del accidentado fin de semana que hemos tenido, nuestra guapísima Agneta de nuevo nos dió una gran alegria en la exposición internacional de Martorell.
En esta exposición debutó en el ring Magnus que para ser la primera vez que entraba a un ring, presentado por un extraño (Pilar le animaba desde fuera del ring), no lo hizo nada mal. Agneta fué elegida por el juez Philippe Gallardo (criador especialista en la raza) como el mejor cachorro de la raza y más tarde la eligió también como Mejor Cachorro del Grupo 10!!.
Por desgracia tuvimos un fin de semana “movidito” por que (entre otras cosas) nos olvidamos de inscribir a Baldur a la exposición y al día siguiente no pudimos llegar a tiempo a las finales para el mejor cachorro de la exposición con Agneta

Though we had a somewhat “accidental” weekend, our lovely Agneta gave us so much happiness in the International dog show in Martorell (Barcelona).
In this show Magnus had his debut and he performed well considering it was his first time in the ring with a “strange” as a handler (Pilar sent him her support from ringside). Agneta was awarded by judge Philippe Gallardo (breed specialist and breeder) the Best Puppy of Breed award and latter on the evening, he picked her as the Best puppy in Group 10!!!.
Sadly we had some problems during the weekend because (together with some more incidents) we had forgoten to enter Baldur at the show and on the next day we couldn’t arrive on time for the Best Puppy in Show finals with Agneta span>

Frida arrasa en Costa Rica / Frida takes Costa Rica by storm

Hola de nuevo!
Este fin de semana tras sólo cinco días en su nuevo hogar, Frida (Anazil Mamma Mia) nos ha dado muchas alegrías desde allí!!!
Frida ha ganado el BIS de cachorros B en las dos exposiciones que han tenido lugar este fin de semana en Costa Rica!!! Y por si eso fuese poco, uno de los días ganó Mejor de Raza sobre los afganos adultos y después Mejor Ejemplar del Grupo 10, también sobre los ejemplares adultos!
Que no hará Frida cuando crezca un poco más?
Muchas, muchas felicidades Betty y Juan Carlos (Monte Carpo de Algonza) por los éxitos que estais cosechado y muchas gracias por lo mucho que os preocupais por ella.

Hi again!
Past weekend, after only five days living in her new home, Frida (Anazil Mamma Mia) has send us loads of happyness from there!!!
Frida has won B Puppy BIS in the two dog shows that have been held during the last weekend in Costa Rica!!! And to add to this, one of the days she also won Best of Breed over adult competition and latter on she won Best in Group over adult competition!
What will resist her when she growns up a little bit more?
Lots and lots of congrats to Betty and Juan Carlos (Monte Carpo de Algonza) for this success and thanks a lot for the good care you’re taking of her.

Baldur & Agneta: Éxito en Tarrega / Success in Tarrega

Hola a todos,

este fin de semana acudimos al concurso canino de Tárrega con Baldur y Agneta. Este fué el debut de Baldur en una exposición y lo hizo de maravilla, como si lo hubiese hecho siempre. Tanto Agneta como Baldur gustaron tanto a la juez que nos dijo que podiamos llevar a la final de cachorros a quién quisiesemos de los dos, pués ambos eran excelentes. Nos pilló tan de sorpresa que le dijimos a la juez “pues ella misma” .
Así que más tarde Agneta no sólo ganó el Grupo 10 de cachorros si no que ganó BIS 2 de cachorros!
La verdad que se portaron los dos como unos profesionales!
También vino a verles Magnus (Anazil The Name of the Game) con sus dueños Pilar y Carlos con los que pasamos un día genial.
 

Hi all,

Last weekend we attend to an open show in Tarrega with Baldur and Agneta. This was Baldur’s debut in a dog show and he performed wonderfully, as if he did that everyday. The judge liked both, Agneta and Baldur, so much that she said to us that we could bring anyone of them for the puppy gruop, as both were excelent in her eyes. That took us by surprise so we said “so… she” .
So latter Agneta not only was the winner of the puppy Group 10 but she won Puppy BIS2!
Thruth is that they performed like true professionals!
Magnus (Anazil The Name of the Game) came to look at his littermates with his owners Pilar and Carlos, whom we had a lovely day.

 

  

Frida en Costa Rica / Frida in Costa Rica

Hola amigos!, pues sí , Frida se nos ha marchado ya. El pasado fin de semana Juan Carlos y Bety viniero desde Costa  Rica a buscar a su nueva Afgana , ella es FRIDA!!!!  Ellos son los propietarios del criadero  Monte Carpo de Algonza . Después de pasar el dia con ellos, la noche  acabó  en una estupenda cena con amigos , donde  lo pasamos genial. Al dia siguiente  la despedida de frida fue peor, algun sollozo y despedida rápida….

Su llegada a su nueva casa no ha podido ser mejor, hizo el viaje sin problemas, juega con sus hijos  y sus otros perros del criadero y se ha adaptado estupendamente… estan encantados con ella!! Juan Carlos nos dijo que superaba sus espectativas como afgana y que nos agradecia el darle la oportunidad de tener a Frida con ellos.

Para nosotros es un placer que la tengan ellos aunque esté tan lejos de nosotros ..  la hecharemos de menos. Les deseamos  muchos exitos y que disfruten mucho de ella, es una maravillosa afgana!!!

En breve  os contaremos más noticias de ella y pondremos fotos de Frida con sus dueños en su nuevo hogar…

Hi friends!, well Frida has left from home. Last weekend Juan Carlos and Betty, owners of Monte Carpo de Algonza kennel, came from Costa Rica to look for their new afghan hound, that is FRIDA!!! After being with them during the day, we finished with a lovely dinner with other dog show friends, where we have a lot of fun. On the next day the goodbye was not so happy, with some tears and a brief goodbye…

Her arrive to her new home has been so good, she had a good trip and she now plays with their kids and the rest of the dogs in her home and she has adapted lovely to the new home… they’re very pleased with her!!. Juan Carlos said to us that she meet all their spectations and she was thankfull that we let Frida live with them.

For us is a real pleasure that she lives with them, though she will live so far from us… we’ll miss her. We wish them lots of success and fun with her, she’s a wonderful afghan!!!

Soon we’ll tell more news about her and we’ll put some pics of Frida with her owners in her new home.

Agneta: Debut y Triunfo !!! / Debut & Triumph !!!

Hola amigos!
Este fin de semana lo hemos pasado genial…..hemos estado en la Exposición Internacional de Pamplona con Luis , Sonia y Miguel con Agneta y con sus perros (Tango & Jive). Agneta hizo su debut en un ring y estamos muy felices con su éxito: Mejor Cachorro de la raza y por la tarde Mejor Cachorro del Grupo 10!!!, siendo seleccionada entre los 10 mejores cachorros de la exposición.
La juez italiana Maria Teresa Durango nos dijo que tenía un bonito cuerpo, un movimiento fabuloso, un caracter encantador y una preciosa cabeza, además de augurarle un futuro lleno de éxitos.
Desde luego, no podemos estar más contentos!
Felicitamos también a Sonia y Miguel por los CAC y CACIB, así como Mejor de Raza y Mejor de Grupo 10 con Jive!

Hi dear friends!
This weekend we’ve had a blast… we’ve been at the Pamplona International Dog Show with Luis, Sonia and Miguel and also with Agneta and their dogs (Tango & Jive). Agneta had her debut in the rings and we’re very happy with her results: Best Puppy of breed and in the evening she went Best Puppy in Group 10!!!, being also selected into the 10 best puppies at the show.
Italian judge Ms Maria Teresa Durango said that she has a nice body, fabulous movement, charming character and lovely head and said to us that Agneta will have a very promising dog show career.
Of course, we’re more than happy!
Congratulations also to Sonia and Miguel for their male and bitch CAC-CACIB and also BOB and BIG with Jive!

1, 2, 3 … Splashhhh

Estos cachorros nuestros nos tienen siempre entretenidos… sobre todo con sus diabluras!
El lunes les bañamos y en cuanto terminamos nos llevamos a Baldur y a Agneta a casa de unos amigos para hacer algunas fotos. En cuanto llegamos para aprovechar los últimos rayos de sol les hicimos unas cuantas fotos y en cuanto terminaron, empezaron a correr y lo siguiente que se escuchó, ni 1 minuto después de terminar las fotos fué un sonoro “CHOOOOOOOOFFFFFFFFFF” y allí estaba Baldur… dandose un bañito, con mucha cara de susto, en la piscina!!!
Claro, el pobre Baldur nunca habia visto una piscina y como iban corriendo debió pensar que aquello azul era simplemente otro tipo de suelo diferente!
Menos mal que todavía son pequeños y se secan muy rápido por que si hubiese sido adulto nos ponemos a llorar si después de bañarlo y secarlo se nos cae en la piscina je je je

These puppies keep us bussy at all times… and even more with their mischievousness!
This Monday we bathed and groomed them and after finishing we took them to the home of one friend to take some pics. Firstly we took some pics as the sun was fading away and when we had just finished, they started to run and the next think we heard, not even 1 minit after the last photo was taken, was a big “SSSSSSSSPLAAAASSSSSSHHHHHHH” and there he was… Baldur was taking a bath in the swimming pool, with a very surprised look in her face!!!
Of course, poor Baldur had never seen a swimming pool before and as they went chasing each other he probably though that blue thing was just another kind of pavement!
Thankfully they’re still very young and they get dry really quickly, but if he had been adult we would had started to cry if, after bathing and grooming, he goes into the swimming pool
